La ricetta che vi proponiamo fa a meno dell&#8217;uovo, riuscendo ugualmente a coniugare sapore e digeribilit\u00e0. Una traccia suggerita dal famoso pizzaiolo Gino Sorbillo che abbiamo provato a far nostra &#8211; pare &#8211; con discreti risultati \ud83d\ude42 Gli arancini restano una stuzzicheria ma, considerate le dimensioni proposte, vanno benissimo anche come pasto completo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Informazioni<\/strong>:<br \/>\n&#8211; Tempo: 60 minuti<br \/>\n&#8211; Difficolt\u00e0: media<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti<\/strong>:<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 gr. riso carnaroli;<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 litro brodo vegetale;<br \/>\n&#8211; cipolla;<br \/>\n&#8211; sedano;<br \/>\n&#8211; sale;<br \/>\n&#8211; pepe;<br \/>\n&#8211; olio e.v.o. ;<br \/>\n&#8211; zafferano (per gli arancini bianchi);<br \/>\n&#8211; parmigiano grattugiato;<br \/>\n&#8211; fior di latte;<br \/>\n&#8211; prosciutto cotto a dadini;<br \/>\n&#8211; piselli;<br \/>\n&#8211; concentrato di pomodoro (per gli arancini rossi);<br \/>\n&#8211; pan grattato.<\/p>\n<p><a sale e olio);<br \/>\n2)\u00a0 in una seconda pentola rosolare cipolla e sedano;<br \/>\n3) aggiungere il riso crudo per farlo insaporire;<br \/>\n4) dopo aver tostato il riso aggiungere il brodo
