I pi\u00f9 ambiti sono i porcini \u201ctesta nera\u201d, in dialetto &#8220;cap nir&#8221;, anche se vengono raccolte anche altre specie fungine come \u201cmonetole\u201d e \u201cchiodini\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Di seguito proponiamo la ricetta delle tagliatelle ai funghi porcini, un piatto tipico dell&#8217;autunno ischitano, una delizia generosamente offerta dai boschi dell&#8217; \u201disola verde\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pulire i funghi dai residui di terra con un panno carta inumidito (1) e tagliarli finemente
