La bruschetta di melanzana e scamorza \u00e8 la variante che proponiamo in questo articolo, la sua peculiarit\u00e0 \u00e8 la sostituzione del pane tostato con la melanzana. Il pane non viene eliminato del tutto, lo usiamo sotto forma di cubetti tostati ed aromatizzati all&#8217;origano. Lavare e tagliare a fette spesse circa 1,5 cm le melanzane. Aggiungere un filo d&#8217;olio EVO, un pizzico di sale. Infornare e lasciare cuocere il tempo necessario a far fondere la scamorza e a far imbiondire i tocchetti di pane all&#8217;origano. La tempistica varia in base a quanto grandi sono stati tagliati questi ingredienti, come indicazione di massima potete lasciarli in forno preriscaldato a 180 gradi per 10 minuti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.
