Solo che, periodicamente, abbiamo bisogno di riconferme e allora ci siamo cimentati con un altro piatto attingendo al &#8220;grande ricettario&#8221; del web. Le materie prime, invece, sono quasi tutte &#8220;made in Ischia&#8221; che, poi, \u00e8 sempre stato il nostro tratto distintivo. Di seguito, caserecce con broccoli, noci e speck. La cremosit\u00e0 dei broccoli, la croccantezza delle noci e il gusto deciso dello speck per un primo che vi conquister\u00e0.
