gr. di zucca;<br \/>\n\u2013 3 salsicce;<br \/>\n\u2013 1 cipolla piccola (1\/2 se di medie-grandi dimensioni);<br \/>\n\u2013 1\/2 bicchiere di vino bianco;<br \/>\n\u2013 500 ml. di besciamella;<br \/>\n\u2013 parmigiano grattugiato;<br \/>\n\u2013 burro;<br \/>\n\u2013 olio e.v.o.;<br \/>\n\u2013 pan grattato.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong>:<br \/>\n1) in una padella soffriggere olio
