E gi\u00e0, perch\u00e9 con le zucchine vien fuori una parmigiana da leccarsi i baffi. C&#8217;\u00e8 addirittura chi la preferisce a quella di melanzane. Di seguito, la nostra versione &#8220;<em>impanata<\/em>&#8221; con farina e uova (ma senza pan grattato). \/>\n\u2013 5 uova;<br \/>\n\u2013 1 fiordilatte (o provola);<br \/>\n\u2013 1 passata;<br \/>\n\u2013 farina q.b.;<br \/>\n\u2013 \u00a0formaggio grattugiato q.b.;<br \/>\n\u2013 \u00a0sale q.b.;<br
