Un dolce di origine contadina, assai diffuso a Napoli e provincia, che un tempo veniva addirittura preparato col sangue di maiale. Oggi non pi\u00f9 anche se, come sempre in cucina, ne esistono tantissime versioni.\u00a0 Di seguito, quella che abbiamo scelto per voi.
