Facile da preparare, viene spesso\u00a0servito insieme all&#8217;insalata mista, o a una verdura cotta. In questo caso abbiamo optato per la scarola fritta con olive nere, uva passa e pinoli. 1 kg. di baccal\u00e0;<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 o 2 scarole (dipende dalla grandezza);<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 spicchi d&#8217;aglio;<br \/>\n&#8211; olive nere;<br \/>\n&#8211; uva passa;<br \/>\n&#8211; pinoli;<br \/>\n&#8211;
