Buonissimi, e soprattutto facili da prepare, al punto che si pu\u00f2 cominciare direttamente dall&#8217;acqua sul fuoco per la pasta. A parte questo, \u00e8 la qualit\u00e0 delle materie prime che fa la differenza, perci\u00f2 utilizzate solo prodotti di prima scelta. In questo caso abbiamo optato per il filetto di tonno in vasetto ma, ancora meglio sarebbe stato un trancio di tonno fresco, o anche pesce spada o palamita.
